Our Diploma programme prepared students for admission into the workforce as Hotel and Restaurant Cook and Supervisors as well as R&D Executive in Food and Beverage field. It is also aimed at equipping individuals with fundamental culinary background for the purpose of pursuing undergraduate study in culinary, hospitality or other related disciplines.
Entry Requirements
International students are required to achieve a minimum score of 4.0 in the International English Language Testing System (IELTS)/ Malaysian University English Test (MUET) with Band 2 OR its equivalent.

Career Opportunities
Graduates from this programme are highly capable to work in any organizations holding the following positions:
Entry Requirements
Sijil Tinggi Pelajaran Malaysia, STPM with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 in at least 2 subjects; OR
A recognised Diploma with a minimum CGPA of 2.00; OR
A recognised Matriculation / Foundation qualification with a minimum CGPA of 2.00; OR
Any other equivalent qualifications.
DIPLOMA HOTEL MANAGEMENT
Career Opportunities
Graduates can look forward to applying for the following positions:
Entry Requirements
Pass SPM/SPMV or its equivalent with minimum 3 credits; OR
Pass UEC with Grade B in 3 subjects; OR
Pass O-Level or its equivalent with Grade C in 3 subjects; OR
Pass Certificate in related field with CGPA of 2.00; OR
Completed/ Passed Skill Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) Level 3 in related field with 1 credit in SPM Level or its equivalent AND (for this entry, bridging programme will be offered together with the ongoing curriculum within their studies for 2 semesters; OR
SMU3/SMA/SMK/MA with an average mark of 55 AND English Language Proficiency Requirement: IELTS with a score of Band 5.0; OR
Any other equivalent qualification(s) recognized by the Malaysian Government.
For International students, Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) score of 500 or International English Language Testing System (IELTS) Band of 5.0 or equivalent.
